Wow the town is soo pretty, I love how you decorated it! What a cool idea to use street view for inspo, I definitely think you captured the PNW vibe! Loving the way you characterize sims through interior design. I was instantly endeared to Katsuko because of her grandma gamer cave. I assume she's just there until the kids become teens, which is a little sad.

Finding this new series is such a treat! 🥰 I am obsessed with your lot renovations. After finding your site and falling in love with one build after another, after another, after another, I decided that for my megahood I wanted to almost exclusively use your renovations for the Desiderata Valley and Riverblossom Hills hoods. So I've been doing that over the last few months, replacing the original lots one by one, as I play and go around the hood. The way you decorated the lots shows such attention to detail and that's a big part of why I love them so much. (and all of that without any cc! 🤯) Now that I've seen this series, it's clear that you show the same level of detail and love for the game in your videos and that makes your videos very fun and interesting to watch. Zooming in to get close to the sims is a really nice way to film the episodes and is really captivating. Got a new fan! 😄

thank you, glad to have you here! I am used to taking lots of screenshots so I often play zoomed in. I like how it lets you see more of a sim's face since they are so expressive! I am still getting used to holding the camera steady though, when going back and editing I was yelling at myself for moving it around constantly lol!

Okay I've had random sims use my showers or tubs uninvited but actually sleeping in the bed of someone you just met? That's a bit far! LOL!
The house is lovely if bare. I'm sure someone will fill it up more in the future. Great beginning! I love the rotational play of a Prosperity Challenge. I started one a couple years ago, my gen. 3 sims are starting to have kids and the hood is huge! I started with 5 families, one of them a teen, child and toddler. I really want to see more of this neighborhood!
Thank you! Your Prosperity neighbourhood sounds awesome, the teen/+child+toddler household sounds especially interesting to play. I always play so slowly I never get past gen 2 but I'm determined to stick with this one! This hood is so lovely, but all of your hoods are! I loved your comment on building without CC-how it limits and challenges you with the game (and maxis match can be so lovely), and watching this first episode had definitely inspired me to want to open up my game after a very long dry spell. Can’t wait to see what else Spruceburg has in store!

Oh wow this hood is stunning! I love what you've done with it! That river creates such a charming vibe with the way you have decorated around it. As someone who's pretty much obsessed with cc I find it really impressive how realistic you've managed to make the houses look. how do you get the water so realistic? ive tried mods that usually screw up my game

Do you have texture memory issues with how detailed your neighborhood deco is? It looks so amazing but my game would suffer
I have suffered from that in other saves (whenever I've tried building really dense cities I get a lot of pink flashing) but so far so good on this one! 😁

Sorry, not this one! I have some cc-free hoods availible for download on my tumblr, but don't like sharing hoods if they use a lot of cc, hope you understand :) I will most likely be sharing the lots though!
