Respect to Aamir Khan for achieving such a muscular , aesthetically great looking body.
The average guy can achieve this by : eating a well balanced , protein rich diet, drinking 2.5+ litres water every day, sleeping 8 hours everyday, doing hard core intensr resistance or weight training 4 days a week for atleast 45 min to 1 hour and 2 days moderate activity with one full day of rest, Doing basic yoga, taking vitamin and protein supplements, cutting down stress and negativity, not drinking or smoking at all , not indulging in junk food , sodas or sugar/ excessively salty food and overall by believing in yourself .
A good way to keep the motivation is to take pictures every week to track and observe the progress, listening to some hard core workout music , dedicating time to read and learn about fitness and nutrition and watching body building videos on CZcams.
I started my journey 2 months ago and already have noticed a significant change my energy levels, metabolism, mental alertness and focus and overall , a new found enthusiasm to live a great life.
The people in my office are already stunned at how my appearance is changing from being the average guy to being somewhat muscular at this point. I'm not going to stop this journey and will see to it that I achieve a near close result as Aamir Khan in this video. Going hard!!BEAST MODE!! YEAAAAHH

Although most beginners aren't this dedicated or knowledgeable so they only gain about 12 pounds a year of actual muscle. Keep in mind this guy had 3-4 people helping him to optimize his gains (ex Personal trainer and dietitian) so he was able to get achieve the high end of that 20 pound figure.

Cheating people into thinking it can be done with proper training not less than 8 months is full of bullshit, next time don't fucking comment you stupid fucking moron

This is a level and intensity of working out which you can't sustain beyond a few months. For most guys with work and family commitments,, working out at even half of his intensity for just 3 days a week will do wonders to your body if the diet is correct too. The point is to enjoy it so you can stick with it in the long run.
