Well, I certainly can relate to this. I have a 2001 Trans Am WS6. The transmission went out in July. It's been sitting at the curb in front of my house for a bit over a month now getting dirty, most noticeably on the windows. I miss driving my baby and it pains me to see her sitting there in a state of neglect. My plan is to save up the money to get the transmission rebuilt which at the time of this comment is $3,500. I hope it does not take too long. I don't want her to end up in as bad shape as the car in this video.
i own an 1982 since 1992 i'm in the UK. It is black with PMD tan interior .Looking at this one makes mine look pretty mint especially considering the 226,000 covered (it had 67,000 when i bought it). I've never seen the A pillars looking so bad on one of these or indeed the air cleaner and hood. Can't wait to see what you achieve with it.
There is a good chance its piss in that bottle. When his wife came out to look at the car you can her say it could be somebody's pee lol. Never trust any type of container you find in a vehicle that has liquid in it the color of urine. It's common for people to use bottles/containers they have in their vehicles as portable toilets in roadside emergencies.
Unbelievable, I'll never understand how someone can just let a good car rot for a broken windscreen. What are you gonna do with it, attempt to rescue it?
@@RetroRideRescuesgiven how rusted out the a pillars are which I've never seen that bad before I can't imagine how much body work would need to be done to get that back to a safe state. Most likely not worth the effort. Plus whatever else is rotted out that we can't see

Other than the fact that its a stick shift, I think that it has a lot of potential.
Stick would make it more desirable, lol....wayyy more rare, and fun.
