I'd love this, it's the perfect size, only thing I'd change is splurge on a basement foundation, that added entertainment area with a bar, bath w/shower, man cave with a projector and an exercise room, put it on a slope with the backend exposed and have an additional back porch off a slider door. I'd move that utility closet by the boys rooms behind that office and put the staircase there and have the utility room in the basement.
And on a basement you could remove the laundry side of the mudroom push that wall out and make an even bigger pantry or master closet and just use maybe a 10ft side of the basement for utility and laundry

How are you, I enjoy all your videos and information in regards to building a bardominium, I'm looking to build a 3000 ft² home with a two-car garage in the near future, I would like to have Staind concrete throughout my home, My question to you is does your company install radiant heat as a heating source to keep the concrete at a comfortable warm level when need be and if so how much more would that be added to a build of 3000 square feet

When guests come over, do you ask them to remove THEIR shoes before entering, or before taking another step? In most (all?) of the barndominiums, there's really no "entry" area so to speak as with many/most traditional built homes, where there's a coat closet w/i a few feet, AND where people could or WOULD remove their shoes. The flooring in those areas is often different as well.
I'm wanting to know how much a one bed room home
Is that cost for the entire build including the shop space, i.e. $308,000 for the entire build from raw land?
Does that $585k / $120 per sf include concrete, plumbing, electrical? Basically everything but the land?

@@carolyngarcia6292 Pricing is disclosed on their site for a "turnkey" job, or the shell only, or if you want to purchase just a kit & have s/one else build it for you. =====> *EDIT:* Keep in mind, the price on this model includes the 30x40 shop & the 25x25 carport/breezeway. BOTH of those areas take a *_LOOOOT_* of concrete, so it could be built for considerably LESS than the $580k

Yes it does! This entire layout is over 5000 sq ft.
Could the TV be mounted any higher lol
How is the sqf cost on the actual house the same as the sqf cost for porches, carport and shop???
It’s not, that’s why we did the video, our homes have traditionally larger garages and porches than traditional stick and brick homes. When we give sq ft pricing we break down every part of the home.

You have to walk through the Kitchen with your dirty clothes to do laundry. I really don't like that.
