- Want to make delicious caramel popcorn this recipe is really simple and easy. It only takes 15 minutes to make the sauce then bake it in the oven for 1 hour. Once you taste it, it's hard to stop eating it!!!

I am really impressed that you never lost a single piece of popcorn while stirring that full pan of caramel corn! Great job! It looks delicious. Now I'm sorry I gave away my hot air popcorn popper!
Exactly what I was thinking
Super easy to pop corn in a pan, need a little oil
Having two turkey pans is a good idea. Its easier to mix 1/2 of the popcorn each time in separate pans. You bake all of it in one pan but can move half to the additional pan to stir and coat. Plus, you can cool the popcorn faster using the extra pan after taking all of it out of the oven. - Great recipe and thanks for sharing!
That’s what I thought to do. I am making this recipe this year, I got a whirley pop so I already master the regular popcorn, but I am gonna venture to the sweet side this Holiday Season.
Great idea... Put all of it in one pan... then put the other pan on top... Then FLIP if over...
Ta-Da.... Stir... and Flip it over again...
This is by far the BEST caramel popcorn EVER!! I have been making this recipe every year for 3-4 years now and send it in packages for a sweet gift every Christmas!! Thank you so much! 🥰🎄

I recommend watching the video but so that you don't have to watch it multiple times I have provided a list of ingrediants and instructions. Please like so that others can see.
INGREDIENTS:
Popcorn
Turkey pan
Popcorn popper
Dark karo syrup
Brown sugar
1 cup of butter
Vanilla extract
Baking soda
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put one cup of butter (2 sticks), 2 cups of brown sugar, and half a kup of dark karo syrup into a 5 quart pan and mix and set to low for 5 to 10 min
Pop popcorn (2 batches) and put it into the Turkey pan
Next once the sauce is ready put in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a half of a teaspoon of baking soda into the sauce then mix until creamy and white (NOTICE: if you stir too much it will collapse)
next coat the whole turkey pan with the sauce and mix until evenly spread
then put it into the oven for one hour at 250 degrees (during that time stir three times every 15/20 mins)
Finally stir for another min after taking it out of the oven

Thanks Lee. Will definitely try you recipe, one of the better ones on You Tube🍿
I will give a tip on how to get the Karo Syrup out easier and faster, Take a little bit of the butter and coat the inside of the cup you are using to measure the Syrup, it slides right out. The same thing can be done with Honey when you use it.

Helpful hint, bend the corners of the pan upwards to get more carrying space.

Good. morning Lee. I'm not good at baking . but I do monthly activities with my niece's 9yr old. I am a retired day care worker, and I try to find easy kids recipes gor him to make. I went through 5 different types of popcorn recipes, and watched yours. and this is so easy, my parents always bought cracker Jack popcorn for me and my sisters for 15 cents. growing up. they never tell you to put it in the oven.,just roll it into a ball. Thanks for everything. your son looks just like you. 😊
Tried out few recipes in CZcams all these years , yours the best . Here's my like
