its mainly because animations in movies r made in 24 frames per second and look laggy, however with all the effects it looks nice, in dokkan its just raw drawings

It's because they're using vector animation rather than frame-by-frame. It's faster and cheaper, but gives you that baby cartoon/paper cutout look that is just awful for anything professional. They need to stop doing that for these big characters.

For what is essentially a basic Kamehameha his regular sa is really well done. Probably the best animated normal beam attack
Nah, the buildup is definitely unique but the beam itself just falls flat. It's as if they pasted the default Kamehameha blast after the charge-up

One of the reasons they didn’t complete the dragon fist is that they may remake the animations for the 18ki of the Lr. They did that a lot for the Lrs released around that time.
They only did that for 2 units. I also doubt that they would give the LR the better animations instead of the new unit that they're trying to get people to summon for.
Well considering that they only released maybe 4 lrs around the time they were releasing this guy and they did 2 of them, I would consider that a lot. Maybe but his is an active skill and they clearly left some animations out to save for another card.

So his active stops the enemy super cool, I was hoping they add a character that stops the enemy super with a active or something, I play a game (7ds grand cross) that one of the characters ults counter the enemy when they do any attack and end the enemies turn and it's your turn again right after. Ngl being a big fan of Wrath of the Dragon, I appreciate that these characters were released but I can help but feel underwhelmed by the animations. Maybe it’s just due to unfortunate timing due to 9th anni being right around the corner, maybe if they were golden week or something else they would’ve looked amazing, also doesn’t help that they aren’t LR’s tbh.

The regular super attack looks like it is from 2019. The movements are kind of janky. This unit feels either rushed or was sitting on the shelf for a bit. Lol if he doesn't have the KO screen then no clue what they were thinking
