Thanks for visiting, was a great day and you two are always welcome back ;)
What about mating ladybird? I know nothing on the process, maybe she’s too old? Or it’s too much but would be cool to see a little or a few ladybird fry 🥺😍😅❤
Thanks so much for having us Cory! Was an absolute blast.
I say do a giant Tang lake cichlid tank. Shellies, rock dwellers open water species, throw in one or two predator species after everyone starts breeding! Tang cichlids are amazing, small enough for most hobbyists, and are a wonderful option for people with high ph and hard water.
Great video, where is Murphy’s Will there be 2 MBU puffers in store
@@harrywright5229
Murphy is resting in a place with all the clams he could ever want if I'm not mistaken. That's why there is a Lady Bird.
It was a pleasure getting to meet you Harlan!
Thanks! Likewise mate, was a blast.
Look up Father Fish. You will have a beautiful healthy aquarium with very little to do to it
Black background, black stand, 1000 clear ghost catfish with the perfect lighting that would show off their shimmer as they hover in a giant school. And instead of 1000 cories, 1000 schooling 😊pygmy cories.
I learned early on that anything more than 2 ft deep becomes a snorkeling/diving issue, which is why I prefer shallower tanks both logistically and aesthetically. Nothing like wet shoulders and armpits!
that is insanely beautiful 😭and love that puffer haha
Electric toothbrush attached to a stick should sort the algae cleaning issue.
A solution to the algae corners that first comes to mind, are little holes in the lid at the corners so that you can insert a small rod, with a piece of cloth at the tip of the rod, so all you would need to do is take a plug out of a hole in the corner and insert a rod thru the top, just to clean the corners.
I vote to just build a lower stand lol
@@MegaE1337 and how would that help clean the corners ?
Great Video. Awesome tank. Corey and ladybird even wore matching shirts.
Oh, I would love the Sterbai’s. All my tanks have Cory’s and I love them. I have a 10 gallon long with a school of Venezuelan Red Sail Corys, about 13, some Blue Dream shrimp because my shrimp tank was overflowing with shrimp and a Turquoise blue and red Half Moon Betta. I never get tired of watching my Cory’s especially when they play in the water flow. My betta even schools and plays with them, but his fins sometimes get in his way. He is the only betta I have had that likes water flow. He can get out of it, but he builds his bubble nest in an eddy in the flow and intentionally plays in the flow.
Great video Harlan, I never get sick of watching Cory and his store and fish room 🙂
Awesome! Thank you both for a wonderful video!
Nice to meet you! Hope you had a lovely visit.
Thank you! likewise.
Cory is great to listen to, he's helpful, experienced and a super communicator!
Absolutely brilliant, so jealous mate, Absolutely love cory, great interview
If fish keeping was a sport Cory would be the GOAT, well he actually is the GOAT of fish keeping
Spitting facts
Agree, only until Joey enters the room 😏
@@j_toledo419no lol
Cory is top 5 for freshwater competitors for sure, but lets not pretend that Joey (King of DIY), Rod (predatory Fins) or Big Rich (Ohio Fish Rescue), don't exist.
Amazing! So much goes into this huge respect!
This dude must get layed all the time with that cool tank 😎
Honestly I don’t think sex is a priority in his life. Being fat totally depletes sex drive. And yes, I realize I’m responding to a joke.
Mature men dont prioritize sex, they value peace.
Don't you mean "piece"? Kidding. Nobody said anything about prioritizing sex. I think you're reading something into this that just isn't there.
Ladybird taking an after food nap 😴 just like my dog 😂❤
Just like me after lunch 😬
Wow its so Majestic and beautiful ! Thats also a nice fish tank ;)
a bunch of roseline sharks and a few severums would be great there
Watching this was so refreshing and relaxing.....
thanks for sharing. awesome
Cool video, my dream is to eventually go and meet cory and dean. Thanks for sharing and letting cory nerd out over his 800gal tank
Water weighs 8.5 pounds per gallon, so that’s 6,800 pounds from just the water alone. Plus the weight of the tank, stand, etc. I hope it’s on a very sturdy floor.
The best big school tank I've seen had just pacific blue eyes.
A rainbow fish tank would be incredible.
showed this to my mom and she thought the puffer was a pig 😆
Love this
My brother have you tried mans greatest technology, something sharp on a stick to get in those corners. like try one of those rubber/metal corner grouting tools lashed to a broom handle.
Swiffer anyone?
I think with the clearance between the top of the tank and the ceiling? The top is above his head so that's maybe 2 meters above floor level. Did he say it's 4 feet deep? That's over 1.2 meters, so you'd need 1.5 meter stick to hold on to, so the room would need to be fairly high to move that stick into position, probably a ladder or steps too. I don't know, I'm just guessing.
My first thought is that if you're not careful (that kind of tool is hard to be precise with) you can damage the silicone that seals the water in. Disaster waiting to happen.
Love this tank
Next you should an oddball community tank Cory!
I don’t want to say it but an Oscar would catch all those fish for ya.
beautiful
Man what a amazing massive tank! I thought my dream of a 200g was big!
800 Gallon tank and no big fish (aside from puffer) I could Never!! Personally I would have pumpkinseed sunfish in that big thing. Looks good tho
I like the fact that all the fish are small.
The ultimate canvas!
I'd love to see Cory get back into goldfish and put out some updated goldfish videos.
Nice tank!
It would be cool to see a large school of Silver Dollars.
Discus are always awesome, but for big tanks Lake Tanganyikan fish mixed with a school of Frontosa looks so good!
ladybird is such a unit ;O but i cant get myself to like acrylic i just like glass aquariums more
Cory, your puffer looks like you =D
& your winning beauty pageants?!?
The tiger barb/ clown loach stock was my favorite for this tank
Earth eaters would be epic
The puffer😍
Ok just seen her again!!! She looks like she's Mama hen of the tank😂
I Think it would be cool to have a local lake/pond fishtank. Large and smallmouth Bass, sunfish, bluegill and minnows. And you can watch them hunt. Would probably need the minnows to establish a solid population with plenty of places to hide. Only issue would be a situation where a Bass gets spooked and would rocket out of the tank.
That tank weighs more than my truck.
Ok lady puffer needs her own channel❤
i dreamed of a tank as nice as this haha
It's big. That's about it.
Thinking the same it’s very empty
Australian Rainbows!!! 😅😅😅
Nice set up ...
Big group of geo’s and Severums!
Automatic water changes is clutch af
That is a huge tank
would love to see a large number of geophagus or threadfin acara. I know you are more nano, but it would be cool to see the more "community friendly" american cichlids. keyholes with tetras and such.
Thats what I was thinking too but I think his water might be too hard for South American cichlids.
Why have we not made a corner Magnetic algae cleaner!? lol
koi be awesome. they need more learning on them. they in ponds but be nice see them from side and learn about them
Nice.
I feel like someone could 3D print a corner shaped magnet thing for the corners if you’re willing to spend $500 on a magnet
Noice tank! Any links to a video of the sump cover magnetic thingy? I'm just about to add another new tank lol
Agree. Nah not that I know of. Cory might have something about it on his yt channel.
Roseline sharks! Awesome schoolers that would constantly swim back and forth
Couple giant bichirs or fire eels would be pretty badass in numbers
Sometimes bigger isn't better.
Sorry...
Pufferfish actually went 🤓 2:56
Lady Bird really said: 🤓
I think it would definitely be cool to have different schools of tetra sore like when you have a tiger barbs.
What equipment do I need in a 90 gallon tank? I have a light and a big canister filter. I think I need bubbles, not sure if I need a piwerhead or 2. Opinions please? I'm keeping bigger gouramis and some community fish
I’d use goldfish to seed a whole new batch of gravel in the tank once everything is removed for a couple months and then do a massive river aquascape and Cory could do a tank of all fish from a certain area like a clip of the wild but seeing a natural ecosystem at work yk
A thousand Neon tetras in a tank that size would be pretty phenomenal! Would a tank that size be too overwhelming for a Betta sorority?
@AquariumCoop ever try a minnow trap to get the fish out? 3D print different sizes for different fish.
Hey Corey just curious have you ever been to Australia or have plans to come out here we'd be honoured to have you
I vote neons and cardinal tetra! That would be amazing!
That 800 gallon is my dream tank. Geophogus earth eater conlony with tetras and clown loaches. Or a Frontosa colony with lake Tanganyika fish.
wow acrylic gets mega scratched up fast
North American native sunfish tank would be amazing
With darters and craws perhaps
10000 shrimp would be awesome with all the green plants
He needs Father Fish to make his aquarium beautiful and healthy
You need to figure out a way to do what fish farms do and use a width wise plexiglass or maybe window screen to act as a dam, then slide across tank to cut it down to half its size and maybe use another one to come from other side so all fish get trapped in middle for easier grabbing. Hope I described it so it makes sense. Think like two walls closing together.
Something that big deserves to be in the middle of a room, a centre piece, and for all around maintenance, I would not touch plastic, as it gets scratches easily. I don't definitely don't like the decor either, and the fish, I personally would of chose paranhas, as they are my favourite tropical fish.
Do you sell hillstream loaches? I haven’t seen any local in north Alabama. I have a 55 gal tank with 3 fancy goldfish. I thought the loaches would be a good addition.
Wow
Cory you should do a huge fire eel tank
Brook trout will be cool in that tank
I would focus on some more appealing hardscape, that's an awesome tank, but kind of drab, maybe because of the puffer?
What supports the tank and the stand underneath? From a floor support perspective?? That water must weigh a ton!
6800 pounds from just the water alone. Basically the weight of two cars.
Someone tell Cory he can use a swiffer to get the algae all the way to the bottom.
Neon tetras!
How do you do water changes on a tank that large?
how i wish i have the space and the money to have one for myself
Auto water change and filling it is awesome …
Why not put Dawkinsia family fish in this tank? Mascara barb, Filament barb, Aurulius barbs, etc? Also Hilltrout and Roseline shark? Maybe some of the less known loaches?
Clean the side and bring magnet to top and separate . Reassemble on front side and clean and repeat. Would that work?
this be cool as a oscar (water puppy) tanks too
Any links to the build of the magnetic sump cover?
Bought sound panels and then attached magnets to it.
I’m reading a lot of critique from people who could only dream of having a tank this scale
with that little of plant mass, you shouldnt need any ferts. Would help with that BBA as well.
Any idea what background he is using?
Cory is that black beard algae on the wood and back wall of the tank?
Who built the tank?
