This is nice. Do you ever show rental houses? Just about all the housing videos ive come across for realtors are always showing rental apts and homes for sale. But its a lot of houses for rent at great prices from my current search. Why dont realtors talk about rental houses??

Rental houses are owned by landlords who are looking to lease asap, and not all of them want their properties posted outside of the MLS.
Apartment buildings and homes tend to sit on the market longer and have more availability

Haha I know Cali is ridiculous! When I see people complaining about apartment prices here, I just think about New York California Chicago and Washington DC where the prices are way higher…especially California and New York OMG

depending on where your Cali is. Bay area is a whole different story to somewhere that is cheaper than this,.

@@davidpham9353 Cheaper means more dangeous, especially for the Asian community since 2020. I am not sure where the Chinatown is there but so many Asian elderly etc have been attacked and/or killed there. Cali and NY are overrated in my opinion.
