EIR are overcharging for the most basic of service in what almost amounts to financial entrapment... how many people are paying extortionate prices for just broadband?...
I noticed a €5.99 charge every month for a effing paper bill, no notice of charge ffs

Hi Paul, thanks for sharing the video, you did a fantastic job and you got a good reduction on your bill, you floored her with their own policy where new customers are treated with a low cost bill and when they become loyal customers they are treated like shit, rope them in and abuse them, I’d say that they will change their policy due to your input,

That's crazy Paul, I'm in the North and I get broadband plus my phone with unlimited calls,texts and data for £28 a month, that's extortionate what your paying.

I top up 20 on 3 mobile get my 20 credit with unlimited Internet which I tether to much firestick and multiple devices in my place no issues why is broadband so expensive in Ireland!

@@peterdunne1779 kinda , because i need the wifi for uploading ...tethering dosent work for large file uploads...had to do it once during covid and it took 6 to seven hours to do

My friend is in the same situation. I am just thinking if you ring on the pretext that your a new customer thinking of switching they will ansawr then just slip in that you know somebody that switched to them. And there bill doubled whats that about.
I guess they have to tell u the truth in that senario..but the increase was not mentioned when i signed up and is a kind of entrapment not by lies but by omitting to inform you when the contract is up, and just increasing your bill 120% above their special offer
Hey Pauly I don't know whether this applies to you this, but focas lreland the lady helping me told me she just switches company every year with bins ,to keep the special offer going, recommended I do the same, wondering could you do the same with that
funny you say that Jackie because i asked the girl that and she said she couldnt do it as i was technically still in contract, and all i could do was re negotiate the contract... but thanks Jackie
@@KoldTurkey I'd an episode with greyhound bins were all of a sudden I went from paying ,16euro to 20, to late 30s , after talking I rang them to tell them I'm switching as I found a cheaper deal, they offered me a deal of 18.50 per 32 kelos,a month,I was before on 16.50per 25kg,before the offer changed they also told me I'd have to pay around 40/50quid to get the bin taken away for them to clean,but I stuck to the 18.50 deal in the end,it turns into a bit of a haggle
