Burmese Egg Starchy Gravy Noodles with Chicken Drumstick သဘာဝအချိုအရသာ ကြက်ပေါင်ကော်ရည်ခေါက်ဆွဲ

Today is a noodle dish in natural sweetness of egg gravy chicken broth which is a perfect dish for a cool day. In other word, Lor Mee, which is originated from china and a popular noodle dish in Asian countries. However, in Burma, the consistency of the starchy soup and the recipe is quite different than that of in china and other Asian countries.
I prepared the chicken broth soup in as simple and mainly based the natural sweetness so you can taste the best the natural taste of each ingredient. Normally in Burma, this starchy gravy noodles are served with pounded shrimp/ fish paste as a side dish. However, tpin this vlog, I prepared the sliced onion and green chilies to pair with egg gravy noodles which is perfectly enhanced the taste and goes well with.
The noodles soup is easy to prepare and delicious that I and my family totally enjoyed. Hope this recipe also helps to enjoy yourself.
