In the event that one way overshoots the limit mark, can an extra washer be installed between the spring and the gear to compensate for the overgrind ? Thanks for the video.
That cotter pins kinda difficult to get out I find, on the 450 the plunger/piston is just push in as you know, I've used a flat file to on the flat end on those type have you?...a great vid would be to cure a saw that leaks when sat... Some mine do some don't, the ones do I've had success and failure...
I bought an Husqvarna chainsaw 365 I was told it was OK but the one who gave it to him said it was not used for a long time ...there were a few things missing that I replaced them , as well the oil pump the carburettor gaskets .and fuel lines ...it started and I used yesterday to cut a fallen tree ...it went OK To day I tried to start again but no success after many try it would start but would die very soon ... Could you have any idea where to have a look for the trouble ? Your help is very much appreciated if you can . Thank you
Much appreciated topic. I'm looking to experiment with filing the flat spot on the other end slightly larger. Has anyone had any experience with this mod? Are there any other ideas to increase the output of these pumps I may not have thought of? Thanks again for the video.
I have a husqvarna 440e that doesn’t oil the bar very well. I took it apart and the oil comes out when I run it without the chain. I also cleaned out the holes in the bar but it doesn’t oil it and I don’t see an adjustment screw. Any idea wtf is wrong?
I don't know how long I've been fighting with these damn things. Great vid! I appreciate it.
Doing this trick tonight on my '94 029. It barely keeps a 20" set up lubed in the current (oem) trim. All I'd need is 15%. Thank you Sir!!!

O ring on plunger shaft. Requires machining.... I let em mark their territory.

will this or on a husqavarna 77 also ?
On the adjustment screw itself. Is the oiler all the way open when turning adjustment screw clockwise or counterclockwise?

clean out the ridges in the bar, and the passage from the hole
Goodonyamate!
If I sent you a new still in the box 7310, would you be interested in doin some work on it?
Yes sir. Do quite a few of them. Mweba10@gmail.com
will this work on stihl saws also?
Yes
That doesn't look like it operates the same as my MS362.
Same principle with an overly complicated oiler assembly
