Waveforms can be tricky, but if you understand these basic principles, it's really not that difficult (Part 1). Part 2 covers characteristic normal waveforms AND a review of the most common pathologies that you will diagnose with spectral waveforms. By the end of this talk you should be equipped to start interpreting doppler ultrasound effectively.
You are better than any professor in expensive schools!!!
This is so far the best teaching I've had on Doppler. Wow!

Simply the superb presentation that had clarified all concepts of vascular doppler. Just to add a little bit about hepatic vein doppler envelops of pericardial situations will make it flawless
This series of lectures are quite amazing. Currently studying for the Vascular boards and your explanation is far better than my instructors and many other sources. Thank You for Sharing!

Lovely Video! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would love your thoughts. Have you thought about - Carnbigail Reputable Cure (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one off guide for eradicating your varicose or spider veins without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my m8 at very last got astronomical results with it.

Its my humble request plz make more videos, your videos are ultimate source of knowledge, kindly post more videos on more topics, we like your videos much!!!try to cover all important topics from all systems, and kindly do introduction to hrct as well.
This is a fantastic, well thought out , clear explanation of basic physics involving arterial and venous blood flow and putting the info into a beautiful clinical package via ultrasound interrogation. Great job..I taught Biophysics in medical school and I wish this info was available at that time. Keep up the good work....

One question , what is effect of inspiration phase on femoral vein spectral waveform?
Does upstream arteries shows aliasing flow due to turbulenc?
5:06 IN INTRACRANIAL ICA STENOSIS -WHILE PERFORMING DOPPLER ULTRASOUND OF NECK INTERNAL CAROTID ARTERY WE WOULD EXPECT AN UPSTREAM HIGH RESISTANCE
Thank you (:
