I think because in some of them the effort was there, but the facial features were just a bit off. The last one, great sketch, but the jawline was for too extended.

So many great artists out there wow! Hopefully Lando or Mclaren will see my fan arts in the future. I am actually in the process of making a short mclaren animation, but my computer broke, so it will have to wait a little longer. So amazing to see Mclaren appreciating fan works, it probably made the artists' day to be acknowledge! Best Team!

Thanks Champ!. Very cool penciling. The 2 car with Big D trailing in the background in blurred fashion,,was meant to be video freeze frame I think. Hard to imitate that, and they nailed it pretty well. Take another look. Best one for my vote is that one. 9.75 out of 10. Yup,,a piece of "skidpaper/sweatmop" to keep smudges down from a sweaty wrist as you draft lines. Kinda like "de-sticking" blue painters tape , with a tight weave cloth,, to make the tape lift easier when layering colors on soft materials. Thanks for the vid Big MC!!.
