    Just watched your video, and wow, you're really putting in the miles, Ben! Even with the rain, you're out there crushing it. Love how you're balancing training with family time too, like that trip to Norfolk. Keep up the awesome work, looking forward to week nine updates!

    Hi Ben. Glad the training is still going well. Sensible to have a recovery week. 100 miles is amazing. Thank goodness weather was a bit better today. Theo had to get in on your act. Take care mate.

    I’m sure those cows started chasing you when you ran past them 😂 Very wise having an easier week and liking the idea of a pub stop halfway on the run 🍻 Weather is finally due to warm up around now, it’s about time!

      Yeah I noticed that when I watched footage back. I dropped him pretty quickly though 🤣👌 yeah it was nice to have a easier week. Probably should have done the same this week but I decided to push through. Only 1 big week of training left to go. Thanks for watching Martin! 😎🤘

    Well done on the huge mileage week. In old money 100 miles I think. I've done that about twice ever and felt like spent literally the whole week running. Typical monthly mileage for everyday runners! Wells is nice for my old railway inclinations. Sue refuses to go to Norfolk now - too far!

      It was nearly everyday running to be fair. I think I did 3 double days too. But not just 2 5ks 🤣 I love Wells mate. Such a nostalgic place for me so many family holidays spent there while growing up. Shame they have taken their mini railway away that ran down to the beach. Thanks for watching Tim! 😎🤘

    A VERY NICE volume there for the week Ben, that's 161km!! IF you want a little challenge, my best week so far this year (the last week of February) was 173.9km (about 108miles I think), having done 159km the week before!!💪💪 I admit I was pretty damn knackered and dropped back down to 102km the following week!!!😅😆 This week I'm doing a 25km/day challenge... so far so good!!

      @@BenNotley THANKS Ben, but I usually only put my races on Strava, and only since I joined the local running club last September... I keep everything on Runkeeper actually. JUST completed my 175km for the week yesterday, with 3581m elevation!!😁💪So chuffed! Some very tight muscles and an aching foot all night, but walking barefoot is already helping that a lot... will do some yoga later and 30min on the elliptical at the gym!
