- In this video, I show you how to make homemade Nutella; A healthier and tastier recipe that is easy to make.
Recipe (my favourite)
200 G Hazelnuts
60 G Powdered sugar
15 G Cocoa powder (I prefer Dutched cocoa)
1.5 G Salt
1 Tsp vanilla
70 G Chocolate chips 50-70% (I prefer 50%)
Add 20-30g of coconut oil if you want to refrigerate it.
For the low sugar version:
200 G Hazelnuts
15 G Powdered sugar
15 G Cocoa powder (I prefer Dutched cocoa)
12 G Powdered Erythritol
1.5 G Salt
1 Tsp vanilla
70 G Chocolate chips 70%
This recipe is just so creamy, nutty, and chocolaty. I am not much of a sweet tooth, this is just amazing.
I think the healthiest attitude towards food is to allow yourself to indulge every now and then. But if you’re going to indulge, make sure you do it right.

I always loved nutella as a kid, used to have it on some toast almost every day for breakfast. But as an adult who's trying to watch their weight a little more, the sugar and fat content almost made my eyes pop out of my head. Just spread this recipe on some toast to relive the good ol' days and I was amazed at how good it was!
So happy you liked it! Just out of curiosity, what recipe did you go for?
Underrated channel, here before you get 500k subscribers. Keep the good work man !
I’ll take quality over quantity any day 😁 thanks for the support!
Dude how the heck do you have so few subscribers? This is freaking awesome!
i know - right? this man knows his stuff
Just made this today. I used monk fruit sweetener instead of erythritol and used 60% chocolate chips. The result was great-very fragrant and delicious. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe!
Thanks for the feedback! So glad you liked it. Never tried monk fruit, but I’ll definitely look into to! 🙌
I saw the video then I saw the amount of likes and subscribers and I was like wait what how come he only has this much? Great video man
Thank you so much! I really appreciate the support!
oh my friend - this is PHENOMENAL. i got 300 grams of product in the end. measuring 15 grams out per serving came to 100 calories. the right temp for roasting the hazelnuts *i jiggled the pan in the oven every five minutes - 12 minutes in total for my oven*. i also used the callebaut callets,1 tsp caramel extract, 15 grams of melted coconut oil along with the melted 70 percent callebaut. i'm going to have to go buy fat pants to wear NOW lol. thanks for the share of this perfect recipe. now i'm going to share one with you for the perfect french hazelnut cake. if you're a hazelnut freak like me - you'll adore it. it's a delicate cake but i think a little nutella melted on the side for presentation would take it over the top! have a fabulous rest of your weekend. and seriously - i'm hoping your channel is going to blow up big time

oh - i wanted to add. i know this may not last long in many households lol, but nuts can go rancid, and i will err on the side of caution and refrigerate my nutella. everything is so expensive these days, so if you're going to go through the effort of making it - it might be an idea to keep it cold . just my penny's worth of advice!
Oh man, that cake looks amazing! Love the presentation at the end. Thank you for sharing! Refrigeration will definitely increase its shelf life. And you’re right, it doesn’t usually live for long at home, but if it is stored in an airtight container in a cool dark place, you can easily get a good a good month out of it!
I had the honor to try this exact Nutella and it’s the bomb!
😊 alright, you got me! I’ll bring a jar over! ❤️
