The one joke that I always imagine TFS would've done for the Buu saga is when Vegeta knocks out the kids before the FInal Attonement.
Vegeta delicately knocks out Trunks and then straight up decimates Goten with a single punch to the gut before saying "By the way, I only hit you because I have pent up aggression against your father... Take that.".
I always imagined the Gohan Highschool arc - especially that "Chi Chi vs Videl fight" at the dinner table.. sooo much potential :(

My best 2 friends and I pretty much grew up on Abridged and I think we were just at the end of 11th grade year, episode 56 just gushing over how funny the next movies or the Buu saga would be. A few days after we finally FINALLY got to episode 60 (because on the last 3 episodes they kept having upload issues and it would either be a previous episode mislabeled or it was just taken down and reposted because of other issues). I don't think I took it as hard as Austin he found out we weren't getting Abridged Majin Vegeta, but when we all further investigated we going out that DBZ abridged had been cancelled and there was no future for it, and considering everyone went from hating anime to actually just watching parodies at the least, I was truly proud of the anime and the TFS community. Good times, man. I miss when waiting on new releases was truly a hype thing cuz TFS has never missed imo. These days even my favourite shows make me dread waiting a week or more because of all the subplots and extra characters they always get carried away with.

The Abridged stopped where Toriyama wanted to. With Gohan surpassing his father as a new legacy. Cell doesn't have Yamcha's cells because he died to a saibaman before Gero's bugs started gathering info.
Actually Gero's bug started gathering long before that.
But Cell doesn't have Yamcha's cell because he killed himself in the future timeline. (Only in DBZA, in the original he just don't have the cells of anyone who isn't Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza and King Cold)

Everyone knows Tien created to solar flare, regardless of who does it more on screen in DBZA. At least your not shy about admitting what you're unaware of. Each reaction video is full of lists of what you find as new information.
Sum up of the TFS explanation: Being creative is too stressful. Making BS promises on release dates are stressful. Having a fanbase is stressful. We have maxed out our creativity on the Cell Saga and are ready to coast on DBZA for the rest of our lives as you will see by not doing anything even close to as creative from now on. Lastly, we heard Toriyama say he wanted to stop after Cell and let Goku stay dead so we are going to hold onto that excuse for dear life and pretend that is our plan too. Hopefully this video of us tearing up while saying FU to our fans will help make sure you keep giving us money via patreon while we make the convergence to doing the bare minimum.
