I think i read somewhere that Made in Heaven ability is to use gravitational forces of universe to accelerate time in universe, not just speeding up time
Yes, Made in Heaven accelerates time using an insane amount of control over gravity, it is the perfect and most pure form of gravity. And when time is accelerating, that means that even the acceleration itself is accelerating.

Basically, we know that energy cant be created nor destroy, it just transforms, but it COULD fissle out with enough time.
Everything is moving thanks to the energy released from the big bang, but everything is very slowly slowing down.
At some point, after every star and planet and everythhing else is too far away from each other to even see light, "The Big Crash" theorizes that everything will get pulled back towards the Center of the universe, and we will accellerate towards the center. Eventually, the infinite mass will get pulled infinetely into the center, creating a singularity point, a small space with infinite energy, so hot and so unstable, that it will explode and make a Big Bang, creating another universe.
That is the theory of Big Crash. The end of the universe is the beggining of a new one.

No one could escape their assigned fates in the new universe except for Pucci. Emporio tried, but could not subvert his fate. By tricking Pucci into inserting the disc into Emporio, Emporio had Pucci change his fate for him without that change being an early death. This allowed Emporio to break free of the chains of fate. At least, that’s part of what I think was going on.
Giorno can escape he assigned fate because he have GER can change his User fate by Diavolo donut.

so basically, after pucci ded, the universe reset was undone and everything went back to normal except for those that died, for those that died they will have their memories wiped. everything in part 1-5 still happened except for part 6, it was a bittersweet ending for everyone and they all got to live a better life

Giorno was actually chilling in disneyland while the events of part 6 were taking place
Emporio is emotional because his friends are dead, also having to endure all that trauma since the start of the series, from all the loneliness, to near-death experiences, to realizing Pucci killed Emporio's mom for her stand disk, and losing his friends once again, and he cant fully explain that to anyone.
But at least, even with everyone dead, the universe manage to correct itself, thanks to the Joestars bravery and heart of gold.
The universe in Jojo's seems sentient, a peaceful, silent entity, that looks over everything. It has its rules and lets everything live as they want, but the moment rules are broken, the universe doesnt like that, specially with Stand Power, which breaks the laws of reality.
Maybe thats the reason all stand users are fated to meet one another and usually get into fights, to have them die to each other.
Big bads though, like Dio, Kira, Diavolo, Pucci, their sins are far too great and they are too strong and break reality. Their power is represented in the force of nature that cant be fought back and that we wall want to have a little more of: TIME
They are too strong and too evil, that they fall victims to Cosmic Irony. The universe plots to get them killed by their own hand, usually, through the Joestars.
-Dio first "died" to Jonathan, who Dio wanted to kill just get rich, because he himself believed was he was superior to Jonathan, and Dio "died" in Jonathan's hug.
-Kars became inmortal, and now, will never die, as a statue.
-DIO died because he wanted even more power, which brought forth stand users to kill him.
-Kira wanted to be unknown so he could continue to murder in peace, and then he dies as an unknown victim (his face got ripped off, in another man's body) and died of an unknown way. (No one will ever know he was punched the frick up in stopped.time)
-Diavolo used his power to survive whenever he was about to be killed or be found out, and now he will almost die again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again
-Pucci wanted to become a Christ-like figure, as well as speeding through time to avoid the suffering of realizing HE is the sole reason his sister died, and having to avoid admiting he is an evil person deep down.
And for that, Pucci accelerated time, to kill his enemies forever and have them erased from history in the time acceleration, but Pucci ended up being forever erased from history against Emporio.
And all of this, happened with the Joestars, and even when the bad guys fell to Justice, we lost big things, far more greater than those enemies worth. Lots of non-warranted sacrifices were made in Jojo. People gone too far before their time.
And the universe, having seen that Heart of Gold, that even Emporio, in front of a inmessurable threat, and not even being a Joestar, Emporio still wore that heart of gold on his sleeve, he was true to his conviction, he was true to justice.
The universe finally decided to reward these efforts.
Jotaro Kujo, Jolyne Kujo, Ermes Costello, Narciso Anasui, Enrico Pucci (Along with all the people that died kn the acceleration) having died during the time acceleration are forever dead, and have been weeded out of the cycle of the Universe. (Foo Fighters cant exist without Pucci either so she was probably never born, unless her existance is fated)
But thanks to Emporio carrying everyone's Rightgeous Will, now Irene and her father, Anakiss, Eldis, all of them lead happy lives, and even when they are not the same people because they dont have the same memories (Souls are made of Will and Memories, as we saw with Jotaro, and F.F.) the universe lended Emporio a hand, and instilled into Irene, Anakiss and Eldis the love their counterparts had for him in this previous reality. Emporio, deep down, still had his friends, even if they can never know everything that happened for them to live in peace.
And that is the closure of this story. This is the end of Jojo's. A happy ending for the descendants of a Valiant Englishman with a Gentleman's heart.
Everything that happens after this is a different story. And im telling you that because otherwise you are going to be very confused. Cant say why, but please, just trust me.

Araki mentioned ages ago that he wanted to reboot because he reached the peak of what he could do with the story in Part 1 through 6. And that there was nothing more after.

New universe after pucci was beaten up has basically all part 1 to 5 the same but either pucci doesn't exist or he never met Dio, so most of part 6 groups live better lives than in og universe.

hi, mangareader since part 5 here, i want to clear something, you said that this is the most ridiculous power so far in jojo's, and i want to say that giorno has the most broken one until part 6, yes Giorno would beat pucci that is why he was written off part 5 even if it makes sense for him to appear, also in the next parts of the manga you'll get some stands with powers so broken that many believe that they could beat giorno.

It's Jolyne story, so i get why he isn't there and it would ruin the ending , but in terms of the narrative being told it would make some sense.

The universe didn’t start there, what happened was pucci restarted the universe basically and stopped it there so he could finish off emporio
So, you get what Pucci and DIO's idea of Heaven was, and you get how Made in Heaven works with resetting the universe, but for the stuff you were confused on:
>Pucci resets the universe a single time (LOOP 1). His plan (give all people absolute knowledge of the future) requires a ton of loops, but he stopped it early in Green Dolphin Street Prison because he wants to get rid of Emporio (wipe the slate clean, remove all his enemies).
>Everyone who survived in the original universe got brought over and is confused as hell, while everyone who died was erased from existence and replaced.
>Emporio gets Weather Report (stand), and Pucci begins to accelerate time again. Emporio kills Pucci during this acceleration.
>The universe resets a second time (LOOP 2). Pucci is erased from existence, and the lives of everyone that he meddled with are set on a different trajectory because of this. Pucci was pleading with Emporio to wait until Cape Canaveral to kill him because he wanted to make sure that Made in Heaven would exist in Loop 2 (thus allowing the possibility of Heaven despite Pucco's massive fuckup)
>Jolyne and company died, but those in their place (Irene and company) are the same as them with far better, more peaceful lives. Emporio reunites with them, but still mourns the death of all of his friends. Also, Foo Fighters will never exist.
Fate was on Pucci's side for almost the entirety of this part, giving him tons of miraculous clutches and bullshit narrow escapes, and he actually got everything he wanted - he obtained the means to bring humanity to "heaven". However, he let his arrogance and selfishness win out by attempting to bend fate to kill Emporio far before the kid ever should have died - Pucci tried to have his cake and eat it too. This is the only reason that Pucci lost, as if he ignored Emporio and just kept accelerating, he would've 100% achieved Heaven. What a fucking fumble!
Also, there's something really important that I think you glazed over, and that's Emporio's response to Pucci's begging at the end. He says that fate is walking the path of justice, which is the entire thesis statement of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. From Part 1 all the way to Part 6, every single villain (with the possible exception of maybe Kars) has been someone who was obsessed with Fate and tried to master it or rail against it. Even Pucci, who preached about how immitable it was, in the end showed that he really didn't care about it deep down and just wanted to do as he please. Meanwhile, all of the JoJos and their companions have been completely unconcerned with Fate and instead had a strong sense of justice - and Fate always ruled in their favor in the end.

you're right, part 6 is the end of jojo, or at least it was for the author back then.
Part 7 and onwards is a complete reboot of the franchise, and no, it has nothing to do with the new universe at the end of part 6. Part 7 to 9 is its own story with a fresh start. It's more jojo without being bound to this continuity.

Yeah it's a new universe, the old characters are all dead, but they are basically reincarnated in a world without Puccy, so part 6 never happens and they get to live their lives in peace.

Okay so part 6 is the ens of the first universe. Part 7-9 take place in a completely separate universe to the one you saw in the end of stone ocean
imagine when part 9 ends there is gonna be ANOTHER completely seperate universe
and to respond to your question: Mih destroys a universe and creates another replacing the people killed by mih, however pucci died while creating a new universe so his life was the one erased, because of that the new universe is born without him, that means that in this new universe the only things that change are the ones tied up with pucci, the way i've always seen it, in the irene verse she is free from being a jojo, so her name isn't jolyne as she doen't need to save the world anymore, this universe has small changes like names etc. but overall the events from part 1 to 5 still happened there.
now part 7 in the manga, happens in an alternate universe but it's not this "ireneverse", but something new, a brother universe to the one we already knew, hope i could help you to understand better what mih did.

You cant change fate, but what Pucci and Dio said is that Humanity's ultimate need is peace of mind, and if you mentally prepare for everything, even if its a painful and tragic death, you will die in peace, knowing to enjoy everything that comes before that.
You will enjoy all happy moments and you wont fall in despair when happiness is suddenly taken away, because it was all just meant to be, and you know how, when and why.
And thats ultimately what Pucci and Dio needed in their lives, but their ego and pride didnt let see themselves as pawns, and so they fell by their own hand. They chose to blame everyone and everything and not see how their own actions brought forth their own demise, and reveal their hipocrisy.
