About 10 years ago Adam and I sat down to record an interview in the Florida home of a 17 year old Adam Cianciarulo who was in preparation for his professional debut. AC is now 10 years into his career and he is one of the most liked, loved and followed guys in the sport. He has also had more set backs in his life than most, but in spite of it all is the happiest he has ever been.
We had been wanting to do this podcast together for years and we were finally able to make it happen, in person, in Costa Mesa California.

Wow how cool I’ve been a fan since he was a wee little lad,I’m 58 and have been around this sport since I was a kid and my sister says hey there’s a kid in Port Orange and he’s really good lol,when he won the 250 outdoor championship I was right there when he dropped his bike and looked right at me while I was videoing and went to Mitch and he was so happy and I was happy for him after the shit he’s been through
Hearing AC story gives me perspective on what type of things I can do to be a better moto dad.
Man this shit had me tearing up at work 😂 Adams the man such a rad dude and just totally related when he starting talking about his dark days and that the love for dirt bikes got him out. Thank you guys for this helps a ton 🤘🏼

Before even starting the episode I already know this is gonna be one of the best Gypsy Tales yet!!!.AC is just the man...... there's nobody in the sport who is a nicer, more genuine and humble guy than Adam. I'm so stoked to see him getting back into good racing form and figuring out how to work around the nerve and grip issues, I can't imagine how difficult that is! AC and Ken Roczen give me inspiration daily, after seeing what they've been thru and persevered I know I can get thru the small problems I have in my life. So much respect to u Adam, and Gypsy Taled the best podcast out! ✌️

I'm not normally a podcast listener but this just has me glued. Thank you for the amazing words of encouragement and inspiration. What you said there about this world everything is happening in perfect timing.. i believe that is the trick..I compare it to being a musician and the precision and timing needed to play, follow along or even freestyle while being on stage. I tried to put it to Villo at Shougal that dancing (ie. timing and synchronicity) is something Jett was doing at a young age.. just My tin foil hat theory. Learn how to dance! 🕺🏻 it’s the one thing in my opinion that sets him apart from all previous riders that came before. Of course he wasn’t buying it… hehehe. Awesome stuff.. Number 9 for President! I’m the same age as Adam, both have completely different paths in life but I can relate to him in so many ways with family situations and how he dealt with it by cutting people off without knowing, telling myself it could be worse and masking what’s going on in life, it’s like I was listening to myself in a way and it’s blown my mind. This pods helped me a lot with what’s going on in my life right now. Cheers boys

along with my mum surprising me with a kx450sr and seeing clips of this pod my love for racing was revived. been training in the gym and now hitting the tracks! Not staying in racing throughout my childhood is my biggest regret.

Back in the day, MXA did "full-length" interviews with Jeff Ward and Johnny O'Mara where they made you believe that these guys were either training or riding moto 26 hours a day, 8 days a week. They made the European stars out to be unstoppable machines. They made amateur motocrossers believe their hobby should be a full-time job.
The stars of the sport were reduced to robots.* The sport had no personality. Our mighty motocross was a pretty lame product. Thank the moto gods for Racer-X and the fact that riding moto was never lame.
These days, it's the podcasts, CZcams, and Instagram that's changing the sport. Adam and Jasse get that. Racer-X gets that (and might even fear it) but "The Times They Are A-Changin'".
*Except for Bob Hannah. He spoke his mind and everyone loved him. And Pastrana also. Can't forget him.

Adam is cool, the first segment was pretty boring about podcasts
I really liked waking up. The problem with it though is the removal of God and creation. If you are honest, something can’t come from nothing. We couldn’t have possibly been here by chance. But Sam is very intelligent and I agree with his ideas mostly. There is limited free will, but predestination I can for sure see. Don’t let one guy tell you how the world is. Take it all in, and truly be unbiased and search. I have found that the gospels of Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John plus the rest of the Bible have enough historical evidence to be truthful, and be the only truth. Don’t take my word, go find it. If you think I’m wrong, you better be absolutely certain.
