Your vlogs are by far the most fun to watch- the speed and the zero bullshit analysis of hands is just perfection.
I was on a table years ago that had a bad beat. The bad beat jackpot was $300,000. Unfortunately the table was 10 handed. My share was $11,250!! I had folded pre flop. The hands were royal flush over 4 aces. It took hours to get paid out. The royal got $90,000. The aces got $120,000 and the rest of the table split the last $90,000!! That was my second time playing poker in a casino. There was 1 female at the table and she started jumping up and down yelling "I'm gonna get new boobs"!!

Some of these calls people make pre-flop are mind boggling. Really enjoy your channel! I was at Foxwoods on Saturday but didn’t get a chance to play..
How he’s running at Jamul is that players are calling bad and not even getting close. Also, players are missing on their flush draws as well. The best way to make money in poker is a flopped set against either a nut flush draw with top pair or a combo draw. If they go brick brick, you’re pretty much going to get full value, because the flush/combo draws have so much perceived equity that you can charge them the right price to see another card.
Like mentioned in this comment section, TX isn’t afraid of 3 and 4 bets preflop. He’ll likely be a shorter stack on the table, since I don’t see him chipping up to the big stack. Those bluffs won’t have as much value in TX, as players will call you down pretty light. All you need is one or two good spots to get max value on some draws that brick out and you’ll be in business.

They handle Johnny vibes pretty much for two days while he was done in Austin they have really good locals that grind a lot of hours I play there often even won a few tourneys but again there locals come to play

So had a failure at the casino Monday.....down 400....absolutely no profit....I was essentially card dead and lost out with 2 bad rivers..but I learned....next time I’ll play better...only 300 bucks for say a 1/3....you did awesome...good luck in the live game Wednesday....welcome to Texas

You were in a few hands for way too long and for way too much money than you should have been, but other than that, and some questionable raise sizes, you played well imho.

AJo is not in most people's UTG RFI range; not sure it can be in the UTG limp range as it offers so much RIO. Are you familiar with "Winner's Tilt"?
It’s hard to get sufficient data in live games, but opening AJo utg can’t be that bad in low-stakes live games. You’ll get called by all the trashy aces or broadways, and you’ll get value when you hit top pair. Online it’s a fold
@@pokertroll320 I guess you just have to know how people play in your game; I don't dare RFI with it even in my 1/3 games - I'd wait until LJ. I will raise with it from CO & BTN over a single limper anywhere from LJ to just in front of me or SB vs. BB (1/3 & 2/5). I can consider opening UTG+1 with AJs. I think Kato is overplaying it in 2/5 as well (see next vlog after this one, but before Texas @ The Lodge), he opens with it UTG there as also. I'm guessing at this rate 'regression to the mean' is in store for our friend; or curious to see what happens when he sits 2/5 with a line-up of local Vegas pros. Can you say "Sushi for lunch/dinner!"

I’ve been watching the stream, u have to be careful of some players bluffing, there’s a guy that calls a lot of hands with nothing, but I think it’s the bigger tables. Like there’s a guy name rampage and a guy that wears a sweater that says folding is boring, those guys guys play hard, don’t care if the lose it all.
