can you suggest which is the best wind noise redution earbuds or neckbands or earphones..

Hi a few questions 1st question is is it magnetic so case and earbuds? What I mean by that is when you shake it so leave it open and shake it will they falk out straight away or do they stay? And 2nd question is some people don't like thunder at night will that help as well?
