Very beautiful, as an IT guy I am just silently watching and buying supplies and I am curious when will be finally the time when I will reserve my evening for drawing/painting, but maybe in few months when I break down because of this quarantine yeah I will find the time. why would you use such a bad photo as a horse portrait? The horse's long head is always an issue because of foreshortening.

You don't draw a horse. You hitch her up and she draws you. Especially if she's a draft horse.
