The reason is the onslaught of other modes such as mobile, youtube, OTT, and 24 hours Movie channels that beam movies free of cost. Making a movie and making it successful is not possible. COVID pandemic made the situation still worse and I feel OTT will become the norm now. How Tent drama stopped after movies came -- now theater movie also stop once OTT become widespread
