Brilliant idea! We used to form the balls around a seeded sourcherry, and whyle I'm typing this Petra just told the same 😁Anyway, the reason is, that this way it doesn't taste dry.

Adjuk doesn't come from ajouter. It may look similar, but it's actually the conjugate form of the verb ad, meaning we add.

Maybe.. but in Englad I seen nowhere to find. In Hungary its in the shops by bags! But not long in the UK :(
