Hey that's an impressive amount of volume. I had a brief look at your channel. The most immediate thing I notice is that a lot of your thumbnails don't look native to CZcams (the ones with black bars on the sides). Also, I think you can use a smaller amount of words on your thumbnails (I usually use around three) and using more contrast could increase your CTR too. Hope that helps.
