hi, thanks for sharing. I've just reserved #52 for July at the same place so it gives us a good idea of the view. I was wondering, should we bring our camping chairs or the 2 chairs on the deck can be move. Thanks
You can get an idea of what we take for food here: czcams.com/video/7XFzlfDuPXw/video.html The town of Banff is just a few minutes drive away and there are lots of resturants.
Thanks for the video, quick question: Does that area have good access to washrooms/showers? Also, do you see any advantages of staying at Two Jack over Tunnel Mountain 2? I haven't looked at the map for Two Jack but the Tunnel Mountain 2 map doesn't show any washrooms/showers. I'm guessing they just missed those on the map but would like to know for sure before I book. Thanks.
@@MichaelVeroukis I believe that one is an RV campsite. I have stayed in tunnel Mountain 1 site C43 and really enjoyed it. It backs on to woods which was perfect for kids to play.
@@MichaelVeroukis Tunnel Mountain is great if you want to be closer to the town. Two Jack Lakeside is nice if you want to be able to play on or in the water.
Hi, all the information is in the video and description. Check the reservation site to see when they are open. Reservation is typically the first week in January and they fill up in minutes.
Super cool
Hi, thank you for uploading. It’s awesome. I want to book it for next summer. Please share tips with booking as it’s difficult to find dates
Your best bet is to be online and ready to book as soon as the reservations open up for the season.
Good video👍🏼
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing....can you tell me how much you paid per night and where exactly this was? Thanks so much.
This was at Two Jack Lakeside in Banff. You can find prices listed on the Parks Canada site: www.pc.gc.ca/en/voyage-travel/reserve

If I remember correctly they can move however, they are very heavy.
How was the view at number 52?
@@qmir9206 it was beautiful. It's kind of a corner so you have the lake in front and a little bit of water on the left. There were ducks too.
@@magalirousseau4741 tha know for that. I have the option of 50 which is the one to the right or 52. Which would you reccomend? :)

Sorry, I'm not familiar with it. However, the Parks Canada page should have that information.
@@OneMamaToAnother Thanks for your response. There is no shower. Haha, we will need to go to upper Banff hot spring and shower. :)

The bathrooms and showers are just few campsites down from this one. I'm not familiar with Turtle Mountain- do you mean Tunnel Mountain?
@@OneMamaToAnother Thanks for the quick response. Yes, I got mixed up, Tunnel Mountain 2 is what I meant to say. Thanks.

Hi me and my husband are new in Canada. Can just 2 people reserve it or do you share with others?
You reserve the entire oTentik and up to 6 people can stay in it.
@@OneMamaToAnother thank you so much😊
And also, is it hard to book this sites with otentiks when booking opens?
Yup! You have to be ready to pay right at 8am when it opens in December as they go in minutes.
Oh boy, thanks for the heads up! I checked the site but can’t find the price. Can you give an idea of how much it is per night?
@@happyackerman4885 About $130 however, it varies by location and date.
Does it comes with the barbecue grill? Also just in case 48 is not available, which other spots would you recommend?
Yes it has the small BBQ there. Teh two beside it would be nice spots.
Which site it is exactly?
It is #48
BBQ and propane is included?
Yes, they are.
I am so ready to book for summer 2023 is the lake good for swimming though? :)
Do u have any idea if they have showers there? I am looking to book otentil at 2 jack lake and i csnt find any showers in their map, just toilets.

@@leoladani6421 They did when I was there.
Do you know if dogs are allowed in oTentiks?
I don't know. Check with Parks Canada.
