That "You mean to sacrifice me, again??" line Helios said i believe is a direct reference to Athena's "You would dare strike me down, again??" line in GOW 3 Ending before Kratos sacrifices himself to give the power of Hope to the mankind and say "My vengeance ends now."

I think what Tyr was trying to remind Kratos is that despite him being a Brutal warrior, he had a heart, he had a family and he once cared enough about things. When he killed his own family, he never forgave himself, he went on a one dimensional path of blind bloodlust towards the Gods. Ironically his very actions were that of a God itself, wiping out thousands, killing mortals without a thought, because he saw lesser of them now. It wasn't until the end he realized it. Pandora made him realize so much. He freed Greece from the cruelty of a God's control, but the unfortunate side effect was a natural disaster in their absence. He didn't do it purposely, he did so not knowing. That's why in the end he sacrificed himself to Restore Hope into Greece so it can rebuild. That's why Tyr stated he Had care for things, but his methods were complicated because he had so much Rage occupying his mind and warping his morals.
