Congrats to the young interviewer obtaining such an epic figure in music history and doing a real business-like interview. This is a real important video you have here.
Bomb Squad so unique and innovative in music. They played machines, but they made them more like real instruments than anyone I've ever heard. They truly jammed on them, an art which seems to have been lost in hip hop rap since Public Enemy. The music of the Bomb Squad is unlike any before or after. They really managed to create something completely theirs.
As big as Public Enemy was why does it feel like in the pantheon of hip hop production The Bomb Squad feels forgotten? They innovated and influenced not only hip hop but artists in other genres. This video should have a million views
I agree
They are the reason I became a producer. The music they made is timeless geniuses
Bomb Squad Produced 🔥🔥🔥 in thier day!!!
Public Enemy, LL Cool J, Young Black Teenagers, 3rd Bass, Ice Cube, Son of Bazerk, Bell Biv Devoe, Eric B & Rakim, The entire JUICE movie soundtrack!!
@@edbaiza7757 American Gangster soundtrack well Hank Shocklee did but an amazing catalog
While Hank and Keith have gotten out there in ways its insane how unknown Eric Sadler is. The man is a mysterious legend.
Man I could listen to hank all day about music. I remember when I first heard it takes a nation of millions pe second album it was a wrap they created a whole new sound. Nobody was using samples like them
They were lightyears ahead
🙌🏾 Genius Mind
He was a part of a team, he wasn't the only one. You can read about it in the book Don't Rhyme For the Sake of Riddlin' by Russel Myrie.
@@earthcitizen3939 will check it out, I like how Tricia Rose, got an overview of Public Enemy /Bomb Squad jamming, creating songs , from her book , ‘ Black noise ‘
According to Don't Rhyme For the Sake of Riddlin' he was an overseer, he didn't do the music. The book was written by Russel Myrie, who interviewed a lot of people for that book.
