Depending on how yours is setup but there are a few wiring diagrams that you can find online on google that ill be available for download to show the wiring and what goes to where on your bar or at least a good start. Thank you, the current draw on each function I will have to let you know as my DC amp clamp is not functioning properly however I can tell you on my switch box, each fuse is a 20amp fuse...which for some of the functions is a bit overkill but I can get the other info to you when I get my amp clamp replaced.
Chief Ray , there's should be about 5 hex screws I believe on the outer domes you loosen and then you'll be able to pull the domes right off, or if you're trying to replace the center dome, should be 4 screws holding that one.

What kind of flasher is that in the rear on the signal master? That's not an original Federal Signal product I'm guessing.

What controller did you use?
This particular bar I had setup a Federal Signal SW400 switch box.
What did you end up using for the power supply?
I used a Tripp Lite PR60 DC power supply for my setup.
How can I replace one of the domes?
