People forget that Afghanistan used to be the largest consumer of Bollywood before it was destroyed by USA and left for Taliban to take over. The failure of Afghanistan from a progressive developed economy to the shattered country it is now should bring shame to ALL of the world. Afghanistan needed protection and the world looked sideways. Sincerely, an Indian who will always have love for the Afghani people!
And not just that, but they were also a part of Ancient India, through Rig Vedic History. The Rig Vedic Rivers, River Sarasvatī (River Sarasvatī in Rig Vedic Sanskrit, also known as River Haraxvati in Avestan, today's "Arghandab", a tributary of the River Helmand) and River Sarayu (today's River Hari), are the very same rivers, adjacent to the very same banks that the Rig Vedic Indians/Indo-Aryans used to inhabit, before migrating into the Indus Valley, and before migrating further eastwards, into the Gangetic plains.
The Afghans are our brothers, and most of the Afghans are proud of this fact, because most of the Afghans are NOT Islamists. I respect the Afghans for that.
The Pakistanis are also our brothers. Except, the only difference is that most of the Pakistanis aren't proud of this fact - because most of the Pakistanis are Islamists, today, unfortunately.
While, most of the Afghans, on the other hand, are very proud of the fact that they were a part of Ancient India. I find that really cool.

Afghanis are proud, self-respecting and hardworking people with an emotional framework very similar to Indians, but unfortunately Pakistani Punjabi muslims (using the religion card) Talibanized them and weapnonized them. Religion can be used for redemption but cannot become an obsession and used for discrimination or retribution against other religions.
The Punjabi Muslims failed in weaponizing the Afghans, though, because most Afghans hate the Taliban. So, Islamism failed, quite a long time ago.
We don't lol they r just being kind coz ur a tourist and we don't get a lot of tourists so that's why believe it or not
