This series is more flushed out AND better told than the fucking DCEU all while being a series and we’re not even done with season 2. Not to mention the absolutely incredible voice cast and how they’re all putting in work.

I placed Sinclair at number 10, because he's a psychotic scientist nerd who's obsessed with "evolving" humanity in his image and he's voiced by one of the most despised actors.
Battle Beast should be top three imo, but I’m sure you’ll have him higher eventually lol (he becomes even more badass)

He has to complete his mission which is enslave Earth to help repopulate. He was hoping Mark wouldn’t have powers bc then he could stall the viltrum empire, tell them they weren’t compatible and his family would be left alone. He forced himself to still be a viltrum warrior but couldn’t deny his humanity after nearly killing Mark .

So...these villains are some of the worst I may have ever seen.
However...!
...there is a smidge of redemption to be found in a few of them; and weirdly those are the ones that seem the most powerful.
Omni-Man is the most obvious offender...a mass murderer from a race of mass murderers; but he clearly is conflicted & already fighting his own cultural bias.
The Mauler Twins are surprisingly resilient & resourceful...and while they will casually commit violence; they seem to operate on "some" personable level. Might be strangely tied into their mix of sibling rivalry & inferiority complex; hard to say.
Battle Beast simply loves to fight; and desires a worthy challenge. The collateral damage is completely dispassionate.
Dr. Seismic is pretty impressive, considering...he's a self-made villain whose technology actually lets him hang with some heavy-hitters. His, uh..."ideologies"...are completely scattered; veering from social issues, to protecting VERY specific aspects of the environment. He strikes me as someone desperately trying to HAVE a point...but hey; he's trying. He's also crazy.
Machine Head is a crime boss who thinks he knows everything; but with a healthy dose of hubris & ego....his real "power" is his ability to jeer, insult & coerce his people into subservience. He's a real @sshole.
Kill-Cannon is a low-level bad guy who I'm surprised is still breathing...he's fought both young AND old versions of the same heroes; and is shockingly still alive. How!? He seems to just be a normal guy with some cybernetics; and a big cannon. He is also, seemingly, just a @sshole.
And finally...D.A. Sinclair:
THIS is the guy that scares me more than all the others...he's just a very gifted scientist with a total LACK of morals or empathy; who has some kind of" messiah" complex; committing sadistic torture on unsuspecting people & turning them to monsters because he believes they're an improvement over humanity.
HE'S the absolute WORST out of all these bad guys...because he just an unstable, sick person who actually thinks he's HELPING.
He's even more unhinged than Dr. Seismic; and that's saying something.
I bet Cecil will create more of them Cyborgs to fight the oncoming Viltrumite takeover.
