With that being said, what makes said airline "great", is that they learn from said incidents and set out to do better, to make sure said incidents and accidents, never happen again. Air Canada is the reason we have no smoking on flights and emergency briefings from flight attendants. United Airlines is why there's an emphasis on Crew Resource Management in the industry. American Airlines is why we verify inputs in the computer system in airplanes. Alaska Airlines is why we don't overlook or skip maintenance on airplanes... The list keeps going...
When I was about 9 years old I was so excited to finally fly on Alaska because I thought I was going to finally meet the Eskimo from the tail of the planes. I thought he was the pilot. Lol I even wore a bow tie lol. 12-30-20

Boeing planes are great, and Airbus planes are great too. Why do you need to hate one of them? I love flying in a Boeing, I love flying in an Airbus, and I'm glad there's competition. Because competitions increase innovation. If Boeing had a total monopoly, Boeing planes wouldn't be as excellent as they are. That's because Boeing wouldn't have to build planes that are as great as they are to sell them if there was no competition.
I remember being on a 737 900er going to Guadalajara Mexico about 3 years ago. I always wanted to see the cockpit personally. I met first officer Blake and got a picture taken. I gave him a tissue with every system on the 737 that I drew. now I don't see 900s and only the 737 max 9.
I think that all of the footage shot was under special conditions and private flight sessions. You probably have been on the plane though. But who knows. Maybe you work with someone in the field of aerial photography.

Don’t expect ANY airline to grease the landing all the time. If we’re talking about 34R or 16L at sea-tac (longest runway they have there) I guess you could, but the brakes don’t work very efficiently when the wheels so slowly touch the ground.
