Is massing just for rough modeling? Can I use massing in making a practical project?
Thanks for this cool tutorial nd your helpful opinions on making roofs on Revit & maybe if you get an opportunity to view this comment can you let us know what Revit version(s) you have preference over the past few years? 👍🏼👍🏼
can we draw floor plans and add floors inside the mass?

Hy hello., is there any option to lock the family by without editing. Actually I saw that type of model, I can't able to edit...

Good 👍
Can you do in inches? Thank you
Hi Balkan, can this be done with curved walls as well, I am struggling to set up a good reference plane to work with
why i cant select a panel so i can replace it with a door
hi. i've been stuck on trying to create form on the 2nd copy of the lines (i was able to create void form but not the solid form for the 2nd copy of the spline), i notice that that 2nd copied and mirrored spline that was placed on 2nd reference plane line were not visible on the elevation. how do i solve this? how do i able to create solid form? it shows an error that says unable to create element.
If you go into your site view, you'll notice 1 of 2 things: either your lines are being drawn directly onto the reference plane, to which you can just use the move tool to move it off the plane so that it is in view. The other thing is your lines might be snapping to different elements, thus giving you a 3D line. I solved it just by not snapping the lines to anything.
As for the copying and pasting part going forward, we are both victims of software updates and there isn't much we can do about that other figure out where the hell the settings were moved to. (very annoying)
