Basically its a new formula of videos I'd call something like "The Real XY", where I don't put together a 15 min long highlight video, but a neraly 10 minutes long video, where I show an average match of the player (not from only one game, I'd put it together from many). With bad controls, disposessions, bad passes and positioning as well, not only focusing on the good stuff, to have a clearer picture in your head about the player. I'd make these during the season, and the highlights at the end of the season as usual. This way I'd be more productive during the year as well, not just after the end of the season. What do you all think? Please put a thumbs up or a thumbs down to let me know, or write it in comment. I wouldn't like to waste time for these, if you don't like the iea at all.. :) Thanks in advance!
what i admire the most is how when he is the deepest lying mid picking up from the goal keeper during a goal kick, how tricky he is turning the player that comes to press. From experience, it is very easy to panic in that situation or just pass backwards, he always finds a way to move the ball forward. Quality player, quality video.
for me busquets is the best at his position,problaby kante is better at defending but men busquets is almost as good as xavi at passing and also he is too elegant,also his positioning is the best at world,his vision is insane,he can do the roulette skill,doing that for a defending midfielder is almost impossible
Busquets has a different way to defend. Not only reaching the ball or stoping the rival. Busquets also leads the rival to another path of which he was trying to go and compared to Kanté has much more territory of action. Actually, BUsquets makes by himself part of the job De Jong and Gave (this season, for instance) can not accomplish.
I want to see Veratti - Busquets - Rakitic in the Barca midfield. With some more long passes and long range shoot these 3 men will be an intimidating midfield of La Liga.

Yeah, Thiago is a shame.. And I agree with you in Umtiti, as a Barca fan I've watched every single minute of him this year, fantastic prospect. Even tho his "missing right leg" should be worked on, it's his weak spot, yet still he is amazing. But I won't make one about him, I'll do only about the midfielders of the team :) About Gomes. He is a great guy, with quite good set of skills overall, but I don't think he fits for that kind of football. At Juve or Chelsea for example, with less responsibilities in midfield and more specific roles and instructions, he could be a very important part of a team. But a Barcelona starter should be much more than that, they should be much faster in head, better under pressure, take more risks, as there is much more creative freedom in midfield, at least it should be. I would trade him for Samper without hesitation, even in CM. Yet it won't happen, so I'll hope for the best. In a better structured midfield, with overall better patners I'm sure he'll improve next year, he is not as bad as he was mostly this season.
We've got our left CB for the next decade in Umtiti man, the footballing world just hasn't yet caught on to how good he is and will develop to be. I still think he has improvement to do aerially, but time is on his side. On the subject of CBs though, unsure if you've heard of De Ligt, check him out sometime if you haven't. I could definitely see him wearing the Barcelona colours in the future. Agreed with just about everything you've said about Gomes, don't think I even need to elaborate any further. If there's one thing I can fault Enrique for, it's overlooking the likes of Kroos, Pjanic, Gundogan, Dahoud, for a Box-to-box in the mould of Andre Gomes. I truly believe he was requested, to match Enrique's poor vision of what a Barcelona midfield should be. It's a shame now because having him essentially wastes a midfield spot for us. I have some issues with Robert (the midfielder part for example, what you've just written, Dahoud for 12 and Barca went for Gomes), but he seems to have an eye for CB-s. I've heard about De Ligt, he was truly amazing in the EL final for example. Seems like a nice guy, but I like Davinson Sanchez more from Ajax. But De Ligt is very good too, especially for his age..

I think Busquets is much more technical and intelligent in possession but in terms of protecting the back line of defense Carrick is very good in his positioning and can't easily exposed in my opinion.
