I like tea from sunflower leaves. I made 1/2 & 1/2 tea and pineapple ginger drink it was great. I think the sunflower leaf tea relieves the aches from arthritis. I grow my own sunflowers. Yes she does have a very calming soothing voice. And very healthy food.

Agave works best to sweeten this. Also instead of using the fresh water to blend use the water from the boiled pineapple skin
