Pros:
- Very responsive Box
- Quick to access apps
- Launcher looks clean
- Add and remove of icons to the Main Launcher is a breeze
- the actual unit looks real nice.
- Remote shortcuts for KD player works good
Cons:
- The Remote is IR and needs the extension if more then 4 feet.
- WiFi speeds a little lower then i was expecting.
- 4K 10bit files not playable
- True output video is only 720P, should be atleast 1080P

I really do not remember, you can check the google playstore to see if it is there. I am sure you can sideload if it is not part of google play store.
I have tried every possible solution found online from clearing cache to trying to update from aptoide. However, it always says app can't be installed (tried versions 17-22 of plays store) . Weird thing is other other unit updates just fine.
meaning those apps are not compatible with this unit.

no, hookup the box to power and make sure your HDMI is connected to TV and make sure you are on proper port on your TV and it should show you the main screen, if don't work then contact your seller.
Hi, I'm not clear about the screen resolution. On AID64 it says the resolution is 1280x720, does it mean the resolution only changes to 1920x1080 when you launch CZcams, for example? I'm interested in getting this to run CDisplayEx, but if it can only run at 1280x720 that's not going to work for me.
Ok so the chipset produces 720p but the HDMi can show increase the resolution to 4K 30 fps.
That is why I have indicated 720p native resolution, it something chips can only produces.
Can i use an external HDD (720gb) to play movies and series etc?

you need to be able to select movies and tv shows, and for that you can use computer mouse or Air mouse remote.
I bought one Yesterday but it kept overheating and eventually crashing. I have solved the problem by just placing a little bottle of water on it.

That means, your time is setup via internet. Go to settings // date and time and change it manual and setup proper time.

I have also same tv box but it has problem in loading os and unable to open the user interface and also unable to reset this device even i have pressed the reset button inside the AV port😥😥😥

I have shown in the video what is included in the box, and to power it up you do not need any extra wires, unless you want this box to be connected via LAN Wire then you need to purchase that.

uninstall youtube and download CZcams TV from Aptoid.
Yes. By default installed CZcams app is giving error you need to download it from Google as Apk file and install it. Once you downloaded it go to device Local storage then click download and then you will see CZcams file you just downloaded. Moreover in playstore CZcams app s not appearing.

answer is, they are not allowing us to run OS 9.0 on it, but if OS 9.0 it would better and alot of apps will be compatible.

check under droid settings or regular settings // device management // sound make sure it is setup under PCM or Auto. update me with your results.
@@xctechs I went into settings\device preferences\sounds, I only get select format, audio output mode and enable pass through and none of them say choose PCM or Auto.

when you say heat that is the main issue contact your seller for replacement, it seems you have a short, or no heatsink on the board.

This box is over 2 years old, the box do play 4K fine. If you are connecting to 5Ghz wifi you will not have issues. Also it depends which company you purchased your box from ask then for a updated firmware to make your box playable in 2023.

I do not support local channels apps, i would suggest you get a HD antenna and hookup outside and bring wire to yourTV to watch Local channels legally.

under settings you should see Bluetooth, but this box have different versions and some sellers ordered without Bluetooth version. so if yours do have Bluetooth and you are able to turn it on, should be under settings.

@@FRANCO-cm7ol price and which one will work smoother, it seems these boxes are done by different companies that will place different chips so your choice. I know lately amlogic having alot of issues and the patches they send screws up other parts in the box.
