Brother Kev, in 1979 the 4trays were known as the 4tray gangsta crips....they were not known as 4tray avalons in 1979.... I was in the third grade at trinity elementary school in 79. that was back when MLK was originally known as Santa Barbara St. I grew up in gilbert Lindsay park where we was put on which is a few blocks away. I recommend you interview our OGs so that you can complete the puzzle for that area of LA.
brktoes I can tell you this much.... in 79/80 I used to see 43AGC on the walls and in 1995 I was locked up with a 43 about 7 years older than me and he had 43AGC on his hand between thumb and index finger. I've been trying to do 43 for the last 12 years.
