    @44:29 before you can research the uranium mining, you first have to research splitting the atom right below it. So it is 3 things you have to research before you can research the mining.

    Seems like a good start for this season. I do like the way you are planning things out and explaining along the way. Not managed to get so many hours into the game myself, so really enjoying watching you play!

    quick early money method is to rush nucldar fuel processing in a tech university, by uf6 conatiners from the border and process it to nuclear fuel, by 65 i usually have a uf6 facility importing oxide and transferring uf6 into two neculear fuel=400k a month at a high and easy profit. It can be done with about 3.5 mil of loans/starting money in realisitic if done right, it does require a decent pop with a lot of highly educated ppl so i usually plan a larger city for at least 4k for my 1st city

      I am not sure if I feel confident enough to rush nuclear fuel processing. Trying to take things slow and keep stability. I feel long term I want to go for more profits, but just not right now. Thank you for the information though! I appreciate the comment

    also never build out door facilites like the amphiteater and football field as they cant function below 0c so are useless for 1/3 of the months leadwing to happiness issues

    Distribution offices should always be placed at, or near, the place they are exporting goods from. So one that is importing goods into the republic, should be placed at, or near the border. Distribution office that is responsible for exporting finished goods to the border should be placed near the factory that produces that good.
    There are 2 reasons for this.
    1: speed. If you are importing a good, and the distro office is near the city, the vehicle has to go all the way to the border and then bring it back. effectively twice the distance than if the distro office responsible for importing goods is located at the border already.
    2: finding the distro office you are looking for. If the distro office designated for imports from the border is located at the border, then you can always find it if you need to make changes to what you are importing or the quantities you are importing. Same for, say alcohol. If the distro office responsible for distributing alcohol around your republic is located at/near the distillery, then you will always know where to find that distro office when you build a new pub in a new city. and the distro office responsible for moving crops around your republic is always located near the farm silo then when you build a new fabric factory, food factory or distillery, you will always be able to locate the distro office responsible for distributing crops. etc.
