The saddest episode of boy meets world was when Eric couldn't adopt Tommy even though he really wanted to. That episode literally made me cry for like 20 minutes

still makes me tear up even til this day.. This episode was 1 of the most powerful episodes of "Boy Meets World" they ever did.. Aside from (Chip Hunter's) death and the tearful goodbye.. This is what tv is missing today.. Something real

Eric has several inner feelings, but he uses his comic mechanism to hide them. But when it came to him not able to adopt Tommy, he actually could take it no longer and broke down totally

i know it broke my heart 🥺 i’m binging bmw for the first time ever, and i just watched the tommy episode last night, AND BOY DID I CRY 😭 eric has such a kind & pure heart, he’s always so goofy, but you could see that he truly was torn up over tommy :’(
