I think they need to further investigate Joe Ryan's death. And his sister, Annie has been trying to get police to do so for a long time.
They did Re investigate it as part of the current investigation. I doubt they will do it a third time, it’s very difficult as his body was cremated shortly after his death.

You know who I really feel for, Colby Ryan his wife and two daughters… he lost his dad because of Lori , his step dad, his uncle, his sister and his brother. His two daughters won’t have their grandma because she went off the deep end and killed their aunt Tylee and Uncle JJ and their grandpa Joe Ryan. That’s what I think about when I think about this case.

Fact: Colby never new his dad he said, Ryan was abusive and was Colby’s step father. And yes I too feel bad for him and all survivors of Lori’s evil shinanigans.
I feel bad for his experiences but I don't think kelcey lied. Charles first wife wrote out a signed affadavit about the experiences her sons had with Colby and his sexual acting out and messages he sent over the phone that proved what Cheryl's sons were saying. Colby also sent inappropriate pics of 5 yr old tylee. Because of all that I believe kelcey's outcry. Police require some kind of corroboration when there's a he-said-she-said before they file charges. I think she was pressured to drop them and I think that's sad because he's not going to get any help otherwise and put his daughters at risk. I think the sexual abuse (not any of the husbands) on Lori's side of the family is deep ceded and generational. Her cousin has talked about it, Alex's ex wife, there's mention of a friend of Lori in Glatts book all reporting these issues. Colby's eyes in his mugshot are scary af.
He lost TWO stepdads, Joe Ryan AND Charles Vallow. There is just a TRAIL of dead people behind her including her own brother who SUPPOSEDLY died from blood clots? Very odd.
I’m on the fence with Colby & Adam. So far it looks like they were complicit in her killing Joe & Charles, and Tammy. They knew all this crap was going down and refused to help Charles. Colby knew Alex murdered Charles but still worked with his mother & Alex to obtain all of Charle’s possessions. Why did Colby think he was more entitled to charle’s truck and belongings, over Charle’s biological sons?
Why didn’t he help charles in his cry for help when they knew about Joe Ryan and Lori’s crazy religious relationships?
No Colby only turned on her after she killed the children.
I believe he was badly hurt by that but it doesn’t change the fact that they all looked away while she killed two husbands.
Right when I looked up who tylee's dad and found out he was dead I immediately knew she had something to do with it. It is a shame she will never be held accountable. I hope they lock these sick people up!

Don't forget she continued to get social security payments for Tyler and JJ while they were dead. Also baking cookies for Chad and his kids after moving into Tammy's home before Tammy was cold in her grave. Lori is faking not being mentally stable because Idaho has the death penalty.

It is true that often in the case of serial killers the prosecution does not take the accused to trial for all of the murders he/she committed---only for the ones with the strongest evidence, knowing that those convictions will bring a life sentence. From the prosecution's standpoint, it is a waste of precious resources to pursue a weak case knowing that there are stronger cases against the defendant that will certainly secure a conviction and ensure the accused will never be set free.
I agree they deserve closure. These people should all be given some sort of control over her, while at the same getting to speak up. For example, they should be able to video tape LONG versions of family members accomplishments/attributes/etc…it should be the only media or TV SHE CAN EVER EVER EVER watch. Or they should each get to pick what she is offered for food each day…..some personal punishments that she can never escape

Then Lori married Joseph Anthony Ryan Jr in 2001, who then adopted Colby, then Lori, and Anthony had Tylee in 2002, and then Ryan filed for divorce on August 13, 2004, which was finalized on May 18, 2005. On February 24, 2006, Lori married Leland Anthony Vallow. Vallow had two sons from a previous marriage, Nicholas and Zachary Chase. And then adopted A grandnephew, J.J. Vallow before moving to Kauai, Hawaii, in late 2014.
It would be interesting to know why Nelson and Williamson got divorced from Lori. They were both smart enough to get away from her in less than a year.
I think the first marriage might have been annulled or it was a quickie marriage if I'm recalling the story right. The family didn't approve of husband number one.

My Dad “mysteriously” became ill at 45 after marrying a woman he met on the Internet. American Fork police department in Utah would never investigate. Never even questioned her. I begged them to investigate his death as her stories changed. She cashed out on a $130,000 life insurance policy. I’ve recently heard she even bragged to people about how my Dad sat there for hours labored breathing and gurgling. My Dad was husband #6. She is still out there doing this to other families.

Officials who let these criminals go, so that they can an re-offend, need to be charged with these criminals. We can't keep saying that people "made mistakes". Too many unnecessary victims.

If CPD had done their job, anywhere along the way, Charles Vallow, Tylee Ryan, JJ Vallow, Tammy Daybell, and Alex Cox would all be alive. Watching the video of CPD treat Charles Vallow with such a “🤷🏻♀️” attitude when he was begging for help, telling Lori how to get out of the mental health evaluation and falling all over themselves with her giggling and femme fatale act, letting Lori and Alex walk the day of Charle’s murder, is disgusting. It’s interesting to see how she acts. Including her language choices and the way she dresses. That’s not the way an obedient “Mormon” would act or dress.
