what if a transaction was not on arm's length transection, (e.g any special discount was given), then what will be the impact on audit. Please let me know if you know ?
As per financial reporting requirement (Ind AS 24)... If any special discount is given to RP ... entity should disclose this discount in financial statement.... Auditor should check whether proper disclosure has been made by mangament or not
If not thn ask management to make proper disclosure ... If management do not disclose ... Provide appropriate opinion
