hey Joey, I don't make comparisons with remakes. it would open a whole other genre and I don't have the time right now. maybe I will make it in the far future, but I have a lot of other movies to compare. everytime I make one video, people suggest 2 more. it's endless.

Was a precise film. POWERFUL.
My only disappointment with the movie, is that there was no Sally Geirhart character. She was a major part of Harvey's political life.
Nah, the Jonestown saga was the biggest omission. Of course, a biopic glorifying Milk wouldn't mention his culpability in the one of the worst massacres ever.

Sadly, tke movie didn't mention Jim Jones, the Jonestown massacre, and Heavy Milk's culpability towards the rise of Jim Jones' cult.

@@dimitreze so what? The Jonestown massacre happened 9 days before Milk's assassination, it absolutely should have been mentioned, but it's a propaganda to glorify Milk, not a real biopic. Any real biopic should have shown Milk's reaction after learning of the Jonestown massacre, but that would have ruined the narrative.

That's because the film is taken from a documentary that was released in 1984 called The Times of Harvey Milk.
interestingly enough i think harvey milk is way more attractive than sean penn, it's usually the other way around in biopics lol
