Thank you Jim Carrey. Hollywood, ABC, and the Oscars were spineless for applauding and then not removing Smith from the show. Our family felt terrible for Chris Rock and his family. Chris didn’t know what she was suffering from and both Smith and his wife should of given him the benefit of the doubt and just spoke to him later about it.
Our family will keep our money away from Smith and any projects or companies he’s involved in.
And if he’s not banned for the next several Oscars our family will never watch the Oscars again.
Absolutely classless and disgusting what Smith chose to do.

There's got to be more to Will's reaction than meets the eye. If let's say, Chris would've applied the same type of joke of winning to Will/Jada that he made towards Javier/Penelope...and Jada had also reacted the same as she did then, we would've seen the same reaction from Will. By the way, Penelope didn't seem to like that shot at her neither, if you see her expression. I know it's a condition sure-but to me Chris wasn't making fun of her condition but the look of it. It is clear that, Will reacted because of Jada's reaction. I think Will is intelligent enough to see the joke was tamed or at worse, in bad taste. It seems he maybe, felt compelled to "prove" to Jada that, he loves her, as he explained in his acceptance speech. But, it is clear that his reaction came from whatever Jada/Will have/are dealing with from a relationships point of view. But, not from Chris' actual joke. There's a deeper issue that, obviously Will is dealing/not dealing with for him to react as he did. I really hope he deals with it appropriately.

He wasn't even laughing it away. He was laughing because he didn't consider it an insult as it wasn't meant as an insult.

Rock's coming to New Zealand later this year. We have tickets. He's doing a Q&A as part of the package. Kiwis are savage in their humor. He's going to receive nothing but love down under.

Will Smith needs to be held accountable to this act. It was wrong, period. Chris should file charges. If he was a man, he should file charges. Revenge is a dish best served cold. Rock should never let Will forget about this night EVER!

Jada gave Will the look of " U ain't gonna do nothing?" and Will decided to act. Will didn't react to August, didn't react to Future, Fitty, no he reacted to a 57 year comedian, big man!

LA PD were there and asked Chris Rock if he wanted to press charges, he said no. Wil Smith could've been arrested and charged with assault.

Will is a emotional wreck, I a fresh prince fan, seen most of his movies, but smacking Chris, after he himself laughed at the joke. He should be charged.

Will is fake af, he has one of the fakest laughs ever and I think that's why he got so pissed after he saw his wife react differently to the joke because he probably felt like a sellout clown who just laughs at everything to fit in
