In this Boxing Training video, Teddy Atlas explains using your eyes.
Teddy Atlas is a renowned boxing trainer, coach, and sports analyst. This is an excerpt from his new series THE PEEKABOO STYLE OF BOXING available from DynamicStriking.com.
Dynamic Striking was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your striking skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for students interested in striking who don’t look at mixed martial arts as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

Box sings to move our hearts to show us soul; boxing. Boxing, martial arts, and wresting share the identity the sciences share grouped, and per why/how it's species body of individual bodies. In fact, if longs all to shadow box, at least to try, some pace. And yes, some rest. Box sings, note, and while it makes someone who trys hard at it make the shoosh sound to make it sing. Every boxing sound has the shoosh sound constantly being made in it. :0

Secret: I heard Teddy give the advice of never looking your guy in the face, and to watch his shoulders and hips to get a jump on their offense. I credit this one coaching tip being the most responsible for me winning the Dayton Toughman Contest (Superheavyweight Division) twice. Once at 40, and again at 41. I noticed everyone I fought was looking at my face, instead of what my body was doing. It works very very well. Thanks Teddy, I owe you a beer

@@DynamicStrikingouch. Nice counter! 😂 Hey, I will buy them for as long as you want to hang out. Seriously, anytime. My son, who is no longer with us, "trained" me for the Toughman, when he was 16, and patterned his style after you, we watched your coaching, and tried to recreate some workouts. It was brutal, but really fun. I can't tell you how much you have meant to me over the years, and how inspirational you are, just as a human being. You're a Champion at Life.
      It's an honor.

Boxing is the study of naturally good fighters techniques, with that being said. Training outside of stamina will not help a person who can't fight.
It's like Canelo, he's trying to fight a slick BLACK STYLE of fighting because the Mexican style is not useful against people like Floyd.
So you have a guy who is trained to do something vs a natural reaction!
Boxer's, MMA people have an EQUAL CHANCE of losing a street fighter (that's in shape) just as the street fighter does.
Boone couldn't fight at all but only had stamina, and he managed to KO Superman and put S.O.G on the canvas! It's no such thing as the best or remotely THE BEST fighter in the world ever being witnessed by all. Because buddy I've seen people in jail etc that knocked paint off of Boxer's who was locked up.
It's all on who the fighter is , and that can't be trained!
