@@louyht7 Usually I will not drive more than 5 hours, in the middle will rest at rest area for a short time , but I think the most helpful is to eat some nuts on the way, will not feel hungry at the same time can refresh
@@catoen4956 Good tips. For me I can drive 7-8 hours max on a trip. To stay awake I like chewing gum and drink ice coffee but most importantly is to get good sleep the night before the long road trip. Also stop at gas station or rest area every 2-3 hours drive to stretch refresh or take a quick nap.

@@louyht7 chewing gum isn’t work for me, haha, I do take a quick nap sometimes, if I feel sleepy, like about 10 minutes, it helps a lot
