The Atchafalaya Bridge was my favorite part of having driven this route to/from Texas the only times I've been through there. I got stuck on it for a little while on the way back from Texas, but I took the time to check out the swampy scenery a bit.
Actually Beaumont and lake Charles are my favorite stops from Houston to New Orleans. Baton Rouge is okay. Anything worth seeing in Eunice Louisiana or kinder Louisiana other than grand casino couhessta
