I just heard that BP is back. Man I really wanna be excited. I really do. Pittman CAN be good. Our defense played well enough to keep us in most of our games. If we can just get a competent OC to get our offense off it’s ass, then we could be good. But… we’re Arkansas. All we do is lose. If this team has taught me one thing it’s never underestimate our ability to lose winnable games.
This team is more than welcome to prove me wrong. But until they do and until they decide to stop embarrassing us, I’m just gonna predict a safe 4-8 or 5-7. That way when it happens I’m still disappointed but not as bad as if I woulda went in with unrealistic expectations like most of you delusional fans did this year.
My opinion is Sam didn't get fired for 2 reasons:
1) buyout to high
2) lack of viable candidates since so many teams fired coaches.
Yep had he lost to Florida his buyout would have been 50% less and he would have been fired

How are you going to say Petrino is disciplined? He got fired for banging college girls and lying to his boss. He is just mean, not disciplined. Maybe you are saying there will be more accountability. I'll buy that. Basketball is not good, so Muss is diving in. We coudn't run the ball all season. Pitt didn't seem to do a lot about it.

Not a fan, but one score losses to BYU, LSU, Alabama, Ole Miss & Miss. St. tells me this team's season could have been much better with some bounces going their way. I think keeping him and upgrading the OC position will have the Hogs in a much better place next season.
We suck. We’ll end up 3-9 most likely. All Pittman has done is get us to the point of losing close games and not getting blown out. But a loss is still a loss. We will never be good.

So Pittman was a savior for two years now he’s utter shit and should be gone and now Arkansas fans are losing their minds for a coach that embarrassed and humiliated them years ago?
LSU fan here. This Pitman situation has some similarity with the Les Miles situation, except at least with Miles the players came out and rocked the final game of that season. I think everyone likes Pitman (like you said), but nice guys that can't get it done are still guys that can't get it done.
