The people of Chad mostly use chebe on their hair . Not on their scalp. It's a product for length retention not for growing. Chebe can cause skin irritation if used on the scalp or comes in contact with skin. The woman of Chad always wair a scarf on their head and keep their hair in a protective style. They don't cut their hair.

Thank you for your video. I just came back from Ghana where I purchased Chebe powder and oil. But this I thought about it, how am I going to make an oil or spray using it. So I'm now excited to create my oils. My only question is does it really help with hair growth? I have some ball spots I'm trying to help.

You right. Chebe should not bt used on the scalp. It's an irritant. Hair will fall out

What's the reason for not using oil on your scalp. I have so many other videos that recommend this. Is this personal for you or is it that the scalp does not need to be oiled . I have grown up putting oil on my scalp maybe 3 times per week. Is this wrong?
I am 7 months in transitioning and don't want to cut my hair. Using fenugreek water to keep moisture in my hair.
Its personal for me. I don’t want to clog pores and my scalp and hair do fine with applying it only on my hair.

How safe would it be to use the chebe on the scalp tho ? Being THATS it’s mixed and straight up chebe?
It should be safe. However, I don’t use oils on my scalp because I don’t want to clog my pores.
any new trend,you tube floods it with do's and dont's. its the powder itself you shouldn't use on your scalp. reason why ? your scalp cant breathe, its a thick consistent, tha'ts what causes hair breakage. the actual ingredient in chebe is harmless to scalp, otherwise the chad women wouldn't be using it in their hair. when they sleep at nights, or on a hot day, the chebe nutrients does filtrate into their scalp too. hope this makes sense. dont over think the hype. enjoy your chebe.

I use Cheba oil all the time and at times it gets on my scalp. My hair is doing fine. Do a test patch before using all over you hair.
