Really great review. I just bought one and the "instructions" are uhhh "Lacking" to say the least! You answered a lot of questions I had about operations, thank you. I am still sending it back because I just find the screen too dim for my old eyes! I have to strain to see it and by the time I find the info I want, it has already turned off! Anyway......you are very thorough and I appreciate your review. Thanks again.
Best review about the Bip S (and I've watched a lot of them, even in Portuguese and Hindi). It's so nice to finally have a good and thorough review.
I ordered my Bip S today to replace my dying Gear S2 which I have never been fond of (it was a replacement for my beloved Pebble Time).
I spent coutless hours trying to find a new smartwatch, but I came to the conclusion that they are all crap (poor battery life, too expensive for the features they offer, want to replace your phone...), and as the Apple watch is not an option (I don't own an iPhone), the Bip S is in my opinion the best smartwatch for Android users.
It would be nice though if you could tinker with the watch as you could with the Pebble watches (there are some options like Notify & Fitness for Amazfit but they are limited).

Just got this, looking it for the price, couldn't spend a lot. Was looking for a high end watch but thought I'd explore a tracker. It was on sale for 54.00 at wallmart. Actually liking it. I use strep tracker most. Like notifier, sit up workout. Thanks for review Chigz.

Thanks for this. I had the original Bip which was great until the screen fell off. I went back to Mi Bands but now that I've lost my latest band I've ordered one of these. I'm wondering if it works with the Mi Fit app as tbe original Bip did.

Download faces from the smartphone app. Just tap the name of your device under settings then you will see all the relevant options.

Can you answer this question- can it record multiple activities without the phone? Eg. I go for cycling, stop it, start running and then stop and start swimming and end. Now when I come back home and sync the data? Will it sync all three activities or only one?
I have the bip s version. It DOES SYNC all the activities. I start running, then free style...etc without my iphone. Once I connect to the app and refresh... all activities are synced.

hey man really its amazing video with amazing chanel and i wish for all the luck . but ihave onlly one problem that i dont have connection at my house and i have to go the the internet cafe to download the video and watch it later so could plz increase the videos volume because with the HD quality its over 200 MB

It's really a shame that Huami seems to be pushing watches to the AmazFit app, as in my opinion, it's garbage (on iOS). I've owned many of Huami's watches, and a Mi Band 4, and the MiFit app works really well. So much so, my primary watch is a Verge Lite, because I can use it with that app. Great review as always!
For the price I have no complain. Thumbs up from my side! 👍
