Respected Mam in antilog 0.05 , in the mantissa part ur are approximately taking 1.12 or 1.13. But how will we know whether to take 1.12 or 1.2 please reply me
This is done by approximation and by experience. For accurate results, you must have the anti log tables.

Mam for 0.05 u taken log 1.12 but for 0.15 u taken 1.4 .... I think for 0.05 value is 1.2

Ma'am in question antilog(-1.85), can we do mantissa=0.85=log 7 and exponent=-1, so answer 10^-1*7= 0.7 ?
Mantissa part should not be negative. Hence you have to take ( -2 + 0.15) for -1.85 ; Here Mantissa is 0.15 which is positive; and the exponent is (-2);

How to calculate antilog 0.2
The procedure given here is without using any antilog table. you know
log 1 = 0 (anti-log 0 = 1) ; log 2=0.3 (anti-log 0.3 = 2); hence anti log 0.2 in between 1 & 2 ; observe log (1.5) = (log 3 + log 5 + log 0.1) = 0.4771+0.699-1 =0.176; antilog(0.176) = 1.5; you need bigger antilog 0.2 > antilog 0.176 ; so observe log (1.6) = 4log2 -1 =0.2. so antilog 0.2 is 1.6 approximately. All comes by practice.

you know log7 = 0.845; so for 0.83, the answer may be 6.9 or 6.8 approx
