How would you know? There is a lot of Indian influence in Trinidad like the curries and bread.

@@nikhilcruz A lot of indentured workers were bought from South and Central India to work the sugarcane plantations in the Caribbean. They bought their cuisine with them and used the local ingredients to adapt. This is why curry, roti and other stuff was common in Indian can also be found in the Caribbean.
